A focused queue for native approvals

Approval Desk 2.20.0 puts the pending approval inbox, decision context and bulk-action safety at the centre of the JSM customer-portal workflow.

• Fixed Open request in JSM from portal approval details by using the native customer-portal route and the current service-desk id.
• Improved request-type resolution so configured allowlists use the official JSM request type rather than an unrelated Jira issue-type id.
• Kept individual and bulk actions tied to the signed-in user's native JSM approval permission.
• Added explicit selection counts and decision-specific confirmations before bulk approval or decline.
• Kept partial results visible as separate succeeded, already-completed and failed outcomes.
• Added fail-closed Safe Bulk handling so an unavailable policy evaluation requires individual review.
• Improved the Free and Pro boundaries for projects, context columns and bulk volume.
