What NarrowForge provides
NarrowForge builds and operates focused software products, each with a documented scope. Product pages state what a product does — and what it doesn't.
Billing
Where products are distributed through Shopify or Atlassian marketplaces, billing is managed by that marketplace under its terms. NarrowForge does not process card details.
Acceptable use
- Use products for their documented purpose.
- Do not attempt to access other customers' data.
- Do not send credentials or secrets through support channels.
Availability
We design for reliability and publish meaningful changes in the changelog. No specific uptime figure is promised on this page; per-product commitments, if any, appear in marketplace listings.
Liability and scope
