BatchDesk for JSM is a NarrowForge product for Atlassian: Bulk-create Jira Service Management requests. The documented scope — what the product does and what it doesn't — lives on the product page and in the documentation.

This product is in development; capabilities are finalised per release and recorded in the changelog.

Distribution and billing

Distribution is via Atlassian Marketplace. Commercial terms are published when the product ships.

Acceptable use

• Use the product for its documented purpose.
• Do not attempt to access other customers' data.
• Do not send credentials or secrets through support channels.

Availability

We design for reliability and publish meaningful changes in the changelog. No specific uptime figure is promised on this page.
