The service

Fresto is a NarrowForge product for Fresto: Order ahead from local shops and pick up without queueing. The documented scope — what the product does and what it doesn't — lives on the product page and in the documentation.

Shipped capabilities include: Shop catalogue; Preparation options; QR access; Upfront payment; Order management; Services with booking; Discovery and favourites; Free for businesses.

Distribution and billing

Fresto is distributed through NarrowForge. Billing is managed by that channel under its terms; NarrowForge does not process card details.

Acceptable use

• Use the product for its documented purpose.
• Do not attempt to access other customers' data.
• Do not send credentials or secrets through support channels.

Availability

We design for reliability and publish meaningful changes in the changelog. No specific uptime figure is promised on this page.
