Narrowforge Intrastat Europe — Terms of service

1. Service

Narrowforge Intrastat Europe prepares and exports dispatch data from Shopify orders. It groups eligible movements by reporting period, highlights missing or conflicting inputs and creates a file that the merchant or its adviser can review in the existing filing workflow.

2. What the service does not do

The app does not submit declarations, connect to an authority's filing portal, provide tax advice, conclusively determine a filing obligation or guarantee that an authority will accept an export. A threshold helper, warning or ready status is a product state based on the available source data and configured rule version.

3. Merchant responsibilities

The merchant is responsible for the accuracy and legal relevance of its CN classification, origin, net mass, values, counterparty information, reporting country, thresholds, deadlines and final submission. The merchant must review each period, resolve or explain the issues shown by the app and keep the exported file with its own records.

4. Review and export boundary

Narrowforge Intrastat Europe uses the data returned by Shopify and the configuration confirmed by the merchant. Missing source data is surfaced as an issue instead of being silently invented. A finalized period is an immutable snapshot for traceability; it remains the merchant's evidence and does not change the authority's filing record.

5. Plans and billing

Current plans, trials, charges, taxes, cancellations and refunds are shown and managed through Shopify App Pricing and Shopify's marketplace terms. NarrowForge does not ask for or store payment-card details. A plan or billing verification failure may restrict a country-specific export while leaving the merchant's stored history available for review.

6. Acceptable use

• Use the app only for a Shopify store you are authorised to administer.
• Use the product for its documented reporting-preparation purpose and within the plan limits.
• Do not attempt to access another store, bypass Shopify permissions or probe the service.
• Do not send passwords, API keys, personal access tokens or unnecessary customer data through support.

7. Availability and changes

The service depends on Shopify, the configured hosting and database provider and the availability of the relevant APIs. A sync, calculation or export can be delayed or fail when source data, permissions, rate limits or infrastructure are unavailable. The app must show that state rather than presenting an incomplete result as complete. Meaningful product changes are published in the changelog.

8. Privacy and deletion

Data handling is described in the Narrowforge Intrastat Europe privacy policy. Uninstalling revokes access; a verified request can delete stored operational data through the data deletion page.

9. Marketplace terms and contact

These product terms supplement the terms that apply through Shopify App Pricing and any signed customer agreement. If a mandatory marketplace term or signed agreement conflicts with this product summary, the applicable term controls. Questions: support@narrowforge.com.
