Company statements

A statement is a CSV view of the selected company's qualifying receivables for the selected currency and review context. Reconcile the rows against Shopify before using the file in a collection or finance process. The app does not send the statement to a customer.

Stored operational records

The service keeps the store-scoped records needed to provide the workflow: company credit profiles, limits, receivable items, aging snapshots, alerts, statement metadata, webhook receipts, queued jobs and audit events. It does not need customer contact fields to calculate the documented B2B view.

Deletion and support

Uninstalling revokes the Shopify connection. For a verified deletion request, use the NarrowForge data-deletion page or contact support. Never send credentials, API keys or a customer export through support.
