What VoiceAI does
VoiceAI answers incoming business calls with a configurable voice agent. It captures what the caller needs, then resolves, books or transfers the conversation according to the rules you set.
Before you start
- A phone number or call flow that can reach VoiceAI.
- The intents your callers actually have, written as short descriptions.
- The questions the agent should ask for each intent.
- The handover rules: when a call must reach a person.
Set up
- Configure intents. Describe each reason callers get in touch and the questions the agent should ask.
- Set handover rules. Decide which calls resolve with the agent and which transfer to a person.
- Connect the number. Point the calls that should be answered by VoiceAI at the agent.
- Test. Call the number, walk through each intent and read the transcript that follows.
Review calls
Every answered call keeps a transcript and an outcome record. Outcomes are limited to what happened: answered, booked, transferred or missed. Nothing is inferred beyond the recorded conversation.
Limits
- VoiceAI does not replace your phone system or your CRM.
- It does not record calls where consent or configuration does not allow it.
- It does not decide pricing, availability or policy on its own — those answers come from the rules you configure.
