Bulk Gift Orders — Terms of service
1. Service
Bulk Gift Orders is a Shopify administration application for importing a recipient list, validating its rows and creating Shopify orders or draft orders after the merchant's explicit approval. The current scope is described on the product page and in the documentation.
2. Authorised use
Install and use the app only in a Shopify store you are authorised to administer. You are responsible for the recipient list, the product choices, the delivery information and the instruction to create an order or draft. If you act for a business, you confirm that you can accept these product terms on its behalf.
3. Review and creation boundary
Uploading, mapping and preflight do not create Shopify orders. A creation run begins only after a merchant starts the reviewed batch. Draft orders remain subject to Shopify's normal review and payment flow. An order's financial state is taken from the explicit merchant choice or file instruction; Bulk Gift Orders does not invent a transaction or guarantee payment.
4. What the app does not do
- It does not ship, fulfil, deliver or track gifts.
- It does not guarantee that an address is deliverable or that a product remains available.
- It does not provide tax, legal, customs, marketing or privacy advice.
- It does not change themes, storefront content or checkout configuration.
5. Plans and billing
The Free, Starter, Growth and Scale limits and prices are the ones shown in the current product information and on the Shopify App Store listing. Shopify manages subscription approval, billing, taxes and cancellation through Shopify App Pricing. NarrowForge does not ask for or store payment- card details. Monthly quotas limit new creations; existing history and reports remain available as described in the app.
6. Customer responsibility
You are responsible for checking the preflight, confirming product and recipient details, obtaining required permissions and notices, and handling any exported report as confidential business information. A successful validation is not a promise that a carrier will deliver an address or that Shopify will accept every later fulfilment step.
7. Availability and changes
The service depends on Shopify, the Shopify APIs and the infrastructure used to run the app. API errors, rate limits, missing permissions and unavailable product data may block or partially stop a batch. We publish meaningful product changes in the changelog and may change a feature when required for security, reliability or Shopify platform compatibility.
8. Privacy, ownership and contact
Data handling is described in the Bulk Gift Orders privacy policy. The application, documentation, design and NarrowForge marks remain the property of their respective owners. Questions about these terms: support@narrowforge.com.
