An employee gift campaign combines one company buyer with several delivery addresses. Decide who pays, which products are approved and who maintains the recipient list before creating drafts.
Prepare the list
Use one row per product and recipient. Keep a stable recipient ID when an employee receives several products. Store postal codes as text and use the ISO country code. Keep gift messages separate from shipping instructions.
Download the blank CSV template. Add your own rows and actual catalog SKUs. Inside Bulk Gift Orders, Try your products can generate an employee template using products you select from your store.
Review the campaign
- Import the completed list and confirm column mapping.
- Resolve address, SKU and quantity exceptions.
- Enter the company buyer and billing details if needed; employee addresses remain delivery addresses.
- Choose an explicit shipping policy and review current costs and availability.
- Prepare an internal proposal if the company needs an estimate. Enter budget and currency rather than relying on free-text requirements.
- Separately approve and create a small draft batch before expanding.
The proposal is an internal estimate before taxes. It does not reserve products or collect payment. Drafts do not guarantee delivery or fulfill gifts.
Next occasion
Prepare a new campaign from the earlier one, compare recipients and review current products again. Do not reuse an old approval as a new budget approval. Handle employee addresses only in the recipient file and private campaign; leave them out of support messages and the public inquiry form.
