Getting started

Bulk Gift Orders is a Shopify admin app for controlled gift, seeding, PR and employee campaigns. It converts a recipient spreadsheet into a preflight you can review, then creates the approved Shopify orders or draft orders.

Before you begin

Install the app from Shopify admin and confirm that the store has the products and variants used by the campaign. Prepare a CSV or XLSX with one recipient per row, a stable recipient id, a product SKU or barcode, and a quantity. Names and delivery fields should be complete enough for Shopify to accept the destination.

The safe path

1. Upload the file from New batch.
2. Confirm the detected column mapping.
3. Run preflight and resolve blocking issues.
4. Choose draft orders or orders and review the financial-state choice.
5. Start the batch only after the summary is correct.
6. Download the reconciliation report and keep it with the campaign record.

Uploads and preflight do not create Shopify writes. Creation begins only when the merchant starts the reviewed batch.

What is not automated

The app does not ship, fulfil or track gifts. It does not invent a payment, mark an order paid without an explicit choice, or guarantee that a delivery address is serviceable.
