Uninstalling and deletion

Uninstalling Customer Data Health revokes the app's Shopify access and removes the store's active session records. Shopify privacy webhooks handle the store and customer deletion boundaries used by the app.

To request deletion of remaining app records, use the NarrowForge data deletion page or contact support. Include the store domain and a safe reference to the request. Never include passwords, API keys, access tokens or an unnecessary customer export.

Deletion requests are verified before processing so that one merchant cannot request deletion for another store. Retention required for security, billing or abuse prevention is limited to the documented operational period and is removed when that period ends.
