Reconciliation export

The CSV export is designed to be checked by finance or operations. Keep the period, rule version, rep attribution, source order, commissionable base, adjustments and final amount together when you move the file into another process.

Stored operational records

Commission Ledger stores the Shopify order snapshots and line-item information needed to calculate commissions, refunds, product filters and attribution, together with merchant-entered reps, assignments, rules, periods, entries, adjustments, webhook receipts, jobs and audit events. Customer and company identifiers are used only for attribution; customer profile fields are not read by the documented workflow.

Deletion and support

Uninstalling revokes the Shopify connection. For a verified deletion request, use the NarrowForge data-deletion page or contact support. Do not send credentials, API keys or unnecessary order exports through support.
