Every batch keeps a row-level result for the recipient, status, Shopify order or draft reference, order name, total, currency, line items, issues and error text when applicable.
Reconciliation report
Download the report after preflight or creation. Use it to reconcile the source file with Shopify and to hand the outcome to the team that owns the campaign.
Audit history
The audit trail records workflow decisions such as upload, mapping confirmation, validation, SKU resolution, row edits or skips, batch start, retries, cancellation and job failures. It is intended to explain what happened; it is not a replacement for Shopify's own order history.
Safe handling
Reports can contain recipient contact data. Store them with the same care as the source file and share them only with people authorised to run the campaign.
