Review the preflight

Preflight checks the batch before the app creates a Shopify order or draft order.

Blocking checks

Blocking issues stop a recipient from being created. Examples include a missing product match, invalid quantity, incomplete destination or an unsupported financial instruction. Resolve the row, confirm a suggested match, or skip it deliberately.

Review issues

Review issues are visible signals that may need a merchant decision. A probable SKU match can be confirmed and saved as a deterministic alias for the store. Address suggestions are applied only after an explicit merchant action.

Nothing is silently skipped

The preflight result keeps the row status and issue text. The batch summary shows ready, review, blocked and skipped recipients so you can explain why the created count differs from the uploaded count.

Final check

Before starting, check the store, batch name, recipient count, product matches, quantities, delivery details, order type and financial-state choice. The summary is the merchant approval boundary.
