License Radar for Jira is distributed and billed through Atlassian Marketplace. Atlassian manages the subscription, taxes, invoices, cancellation and current entitlement. NarrowForge does not request or store payment-card details.

Free

Free provides the bounded first review described in Free and Pro. A manual Free scan is subject to the plan’s scan interval and latest-scan limit.

Pro

An active Pro entitlement unlocks complete analysis and the features described in the product documentation. If Pro expires or is cancelled, historical data is preserved where the product allows it, while advanced scans, exports and full results can become unavailable according to the Free boundary.

For an entitlement or invoice question, contact support with the Marketplace or Jira site context. Never include card details.
