Privacy and data

The short version
License Radar uses Atlassian Forge and reads the installed Jira site for a bounded, read-only access review. It processes account and access information returned by Jira, observable issue-update timestamps, configuration, scan results and review decisions needed for the product.
It does not collect passwords, API keys, personal access tokens, issue descriptions, comments or attachments. It does not sell customer data or use it for advertising.
Evidence limitation
An observed issue update is not an organisation-wide last-login event. Missing activity is insufficient evidence, not proof of no use. Group membership can be shown when Jira returns it, but an unsupported causal access path is never invented.
