Uninstalling and deletion

Remove License Radar from a Jira site and request deletion of available app data.

Uninstall from Jira

  1. Open Jira administration for the site.
  2. Open Apps and locate License Radar for Jira.
  3. Choose Uninstall and confirm in Atlassian.

Uninstalling revokes the app’s access to the site. Associated Forge Storage is removed according to Atlassian’s app-uninstallation policies.

Request deletion or ask a question

Use the support form for a deletion or privacy request. Include the Jira site URL and the account email needed to reply, but never include a password, token or full export.

Files you already downloaded remain in your own systems. Review and delete them under your organisation’s retention policy.

Reinstalling

Reinstalling starts a new authorised connection to the Jira site. Previous app data is not assumed to be available after deletion or uninstallation; run a new scan and review the current evidence.
