Atlassian Marketplace manages billing

Approval Desk is distributed through Atlassian Marketplace. Atlassian manages the subscription, invoice, taxes, plan entitlement and cancellation flow. Approval Desk does not ask for or store payment-card details.

Free

Free includes the approval inbox, one service project, three context columns, individual approvals, bulk operations of up to five items and ten successful bulk decisions per month.

Pro

Pro expands the configured project and context scope, allows up to 50 items per bulk operation and includes Safe Bulk policy controls. Pro bulk use is subject to fair-use limits and the current Marketplace entitlement.

If entitlement looks wrong

Confirm the Jira site where the app is installed and the Marketplace subscription attached to that site. If the issue persists, contact support with the site URL and the exact message. Never include payment details or credentials.
