Free is designed to let a team experience the core approval inbox and a small, useful batch. Pro is for teams with more projects, more decision context or higher recurring volume.
Individual approvals remain available on Free even when the monthly bulk limit is reached. The server enforces the plan limits; changing the interface cannot bypass them.
